What makes a Delice so delicious?
It's a cold dessert, really good for summer. It's a light dessert as well, sponge cake is layered in between light airy mousse and topped with a layer of jelly. It's also a good looking dessert, looks impressive on any cake platter! Best of all - it's simply delicious.
