Love Croquembouche?
Very elegant, very showy and really does not take much to impress!
We've made a few by now, not all in the classic conical shape.We fill them with finger licking vanilla or chocolate creme patisserie.
Price: From $240 for the large croquembouche (feeds 30 at least)
Leadtime: 2 weeks minimum
