Petite Trio By Peets Patisserie

An order came in for an "Adults Only" Dinner Party.
I was given free reign to "surprise" the customer.

Personally, I love variety, I love small doses of treats, makes me feel less guilty.  So there, our Petite Trio is born.

Start with the Passionfruit Delice, tangy topping with a creamy mousse, as a palette cleanser.  Next up, our Rich Dark Chocolate Cake with a Fudgy Frosting, very unsweet, very dark.  To finish off, enjoy your tea or coffee with a Salted Caramel Macaron.

Serves 15 people.
