The Gluten Free Cake

We finally had the opportunity to make the Gluten Free Cake again (chocolate, butter, a bit of sugar, eggs eggs and more eggs)

My sis-in-law's firm ordered another cake; I seriously cannot believe how delicious this cake is.

It's dense cakey at the bottom, rich fudgy mousse on top.  This cake serves 10 (Greedy) to 14, Only $55.

Update:  The party's over and the cake is cut (parents are flat out!).

Aretha turns 13 this weekend!  Officially, we are now parents to a teenager!

Turning 13 is exciting... but once you pass 26...You stop counting.  

For Aretha 13 means she's allowed on Facebook, 13 means she's a Teen.

She's celebrating her birthday tomorrow with her friends in the evening (it's our 1st night time party too!)
